The moment we see that we are struggling with remote performance? We should flip the script & Use clear metrics, frequent check-ins & tools that track without Big Brother vibes :) . Its good to empower trust but verify with dashboards and deadlines. Also lets celebrate wins to boost morale because after all accountability breeds response-ability. So lets keep it transparent & results-driven and we will see productivity will thrive!

Give them problems to solve! it works great to focus on empowering them to identify and address issues themselves. Start by asking questions like, What changes would you make if you could? This encourage creativity and signal your trust in their ability to improve. Remote work can amplify feelings of isolation or anxiety about mistakes, frequent check-ins offer a balance between autonomy and guidance. Ask “How can we, as a team, help you stay on track?” This creates a safe space... Building a strong sense of collective responsibility, my previous manager Dr Rajiv Nayan conducted an exercise during a team meeting where everyone shared how they rely on each other, to clarify dependencies and reinforce commitments
