Le dialogue est le secret. Il faut définir les objectifs et les priorités avec le/la client.e. Un bon dialogue permet de définir ensemble l'état des ressources disponibles. On pourra ensuite allouer certaines ressources aux priorités, définir quelles étapes pourraient être handicapantes pour la suite du projet. Si on alloue les bonnes ressources aux bonnes tâches et surtout au bon moment; celles-ci peuvent contribuer à la réalisation des demandes suivantes en se régénérant ou en en créant de nouvelles.

Your client may be as relieved as you are to have clarity on boundaries. I would always recommend creating a Time Agreement with clients at the outset of a project. This would include things like deadlines, working hours, availability, response times to emails, working patterns and personal commitments such as vacation and weekends. Prioritising client needs can create false urgency and pressure points that don’t serve anyone.
