This is simple but is not always the easiest …Ask For Help. Ask for help on prioritization. Ask for help through delegation. Ask for help in co-creation. Whatever you need help with ask. Don’t be afraid or too proud to enlist assistance.

One thing which I find helps me is, knocking of the toughest tasks first. You the easy ones at the end can be tackled as swiftly as possible. Always make sure there is sometime for entertainment, doesn’t matter what form try to take your mind of things you are stuck at. Get out of the loop of thinking - thinking - overthinking and take advice of mentors or give advice to your mentees to have the satisfaction of helping others.

Treat these time slots as if they’re meetings with yourself that can’t be moved. Communicate your schedule: Notify colleagues, clients, or teams about these blocks.

Pour ma part je propose 3 solutions : - Planifier à l'avance : Utiliser un agenda ou une application de planification pour réserver des blocs de temps dédiés à des projets importants. - Prioriser les tâches : Faire une liste de toutes les tâches et les classer par ordre de priorité. Se Concentrer sur ce qui est vraiment important et urgent. - Communiquer ses disponibilités : Informer ses collègues ou supérieurs des créneaux réservés pour ses projets. Ils sauront ainsi qu’on n'est pas disponible pour d'autres travaux pendant ces périodes. Pour terminer, il faut apprendre à dire non: Il est parfois nécessaire de refuser des demandes ou de déléguer des tâches moins importantes pour se concentrer sur l'essentiel.
