But when we realise that giving ourselves a moment to literally catch our breath can really help us to move forward. 3 quick and easy practices you can do at your desk: 1. Rolling your shoulders and some small back twists 2. Some breathing - deep belly breaths: in through the nose and out through the mouth 3. Going for a short walk - ideally outside, but even just around the office to get the blood flowing again. And lastly - make a list of everything you need to do and, although everything may feel urgent, rank them in order starting with the most urgent and important using the Eisenhower Matrix.

I take a moment to align myself just few minutes. Then start breaking down what's required into steps and organise time wise each task rank them in priority and if possible I delegate task too. Have always seen that clarity of steps and sequence of minor tasks to be completed reduces the pressure.
