You can divide the negotiation teams to groups. Allocating relative subject to each group (namely financial, technical or etc) then groups will start negotiating vis a vis and reach to an agreement in the limited related area. Then the legal team will start to collect limited agreements to turn them to a comprehensive one. By this technic we may let related homogeneous groups to talk each other and reach a deal. Then the legal team is able to turn the main deals to a catch up one with some essential legal terms such as force major, entirety, applicable law and dispute settlement. At the end of the day, you will have a fair deal for all in a timely effective manner.
