This approach really makes the most of your natural energy rhythms! For many of us, mornings tend to be when our willpower is at its peak, but it can vary from person to person. Once you've pinpointed your power hour, set up a routine around it, try to minimize distractions, and focus fully on your most important task. You've got this!

Preparationis the best place to start, stop have a think, what will i need to do this task? How long will it take? Get comfortable, clear your work space, put ypir phone on silent and out of sight, tell everyone around your busy for the time ypu think it will take, this will minimise distractions. Once outside influences are taken care of all you have to worry about is your kind wondering, for this there is no quick fix, but the mind is a muscle, meditation helps you clear your mind of racing thoughts by bringing yoir attention back to your breathing when you stray, with enough practice this becomes easier, and so does learning
