A regular virtual team target-setting session with all the team members’ participation (& prior preparation) 2. Monthly/biweekly individual 1-2-1 with each team member to track individual performance (a rule of ”no surprises” to manage expectations from both sides) 3. Mid-year virtual team session to review actual targets and make changes if needed 4 and ….. communicate! Leadership proximity is key, be with your teams in the fields, take your body out of the comfortable office chair 🪑 to meet them in person!
