Important is to have more ideas and then to work on a combine target through grouping manner. By distributing the result in to different groups of different strengths. The key is to allow people to have ideas and explore.

It could be from general topic to specific or vice versa. A trainer must be flexible and can adjust. We cannot cater to all their training needs but we must make sure that there are takeaways from the training. Lessons learned and lessons shared to and from anyone. Be a trainer who encouraged participation and involvement.
