By explaining the conflict to the team and offering them the opportunity to problem-solve, not only is everyone now aware of your burden, but they take a sense of ownership in the solution, which brings forth positive attitudes about any redistribution of tasks.

Reflect, reassess, and readjust as needed. For me, it comes down to a misunderstanding. Sometimes, it comes down to a simple misunderstanding of just one word.
