Grâce aux notifications toujours actives sur les différents outils de mes clients j’arrive à être alerter presque en temps réel de la demande ! J’analyse celle-ci et j’apporte une solution immédiate à mon client en lui indiquant que j’ai bien pris en compte la demande et que je vais la traiter si c’est vraiment une urgence ou si cela peut être traiter en différée je lui indique aussi.
