Mindfulness gets your mind where your body is, simple. One of the reasons for the stress can be when your mind wanders, over-analyses, and shows you a disabling imaginary outcome of your meetings. You feel out of control in the moment and that clouds your ability to think and act clearly. Next time, before entering a meeting take a break. Allow yourself 5 mins. Sit down, inhale and bring your awareness to the spot right below your nostrils. If your mind wanders smile and get it back. Repeat this for 5 mins. This one simple task will instantly calm your nerves. It will allow you to ground yourself. A self-aware or a mindful state of mind is objective and impersonal, it will allow you to contribute your best to the meetings. All the best!

By grounding myself in the present moment and pausing and reflecting before reacting. Mindfulness also helps me regulate my emotions. By practicing it, I'm constantly improving my ability to handle stress.

Well something that I always use and coach people on; - Always take few deep breaths and center yourself before start of a meeting - Be in current moment - View situation as a 3rd person so nothing is taken as a personal thing and neutral mind is at practice - Make sure you mention closed tasks and review discussion points post meeting to plan next step.

This is a radical shift in a society that prioritizes positivity all the time, and that views sadness and stress as problems to be solved rather than normal human experiences. When we allow ourselves to feel things that we typically view as "negative"--like fear, anxiety, and anger--it takes the edge off them. These feelings often contain helpful messages for us about our values and needs. We can welcome them, hold them in loving awareness, and ask them what they are trying to tell us. This allows us to know ourselves more deeply, and it expands our capacity to hold the big feelings and ideas of our colleagues with curiosity rather than reactivity.
