To bridge this gap and foster collaboration, it’s essential to focus on company’s shared goals and objectives rather than individual preferences. Emphasizing on task completion within deadlines will benefit the organization and ensure the team's success as a whole, rather than giving credit to any one individual. By setting differences aside respecting each other's strengths and allocating tasks based on those strengths collaborative environment can be created. It will enhance efficiency and productivity & also reduce workload pressure enabling the team to work tunefully toward common objectives.
