We must be open-minded and stay objective to avoid taking feedback personally. Some feedback leads to unnecessary changes that don't align with the project's main purpose. In cases like this, respectfully explain why those changes might detract from the project's core message. Otherwise, turn the feedback into an advantage by first categorizing and prioritizing the feedback. - Look for recurring points in the feedback to identify critical areas that need improvement. - Implement the most impactful feedback in stages and test these changes with a sample of users to know if this addresses the feedback. Keep a log of feedback, your responses, and changes made. Keep checking back to ensure that adjustments support the visualization's goal.

Try to fully understand the perspective and the core interests of the stakeholders. Try to answer the questions/ model the suggestions that can have the greatest impact on the business valuation. Concentrate on the clearness and importance of the findings and not on the volume. Warn immediately stakeholders if you see the data turned to be contrary to their expectations. Propose to make a separate investigation, if the stakeholders become interested in learning more about a topic. Do not take feedback personally always consider it as an opportunity to grow.
