As a coach for female entrepreneurs with ADHD, I focus on three key areas: ADHD-Friendly Systems: Creating visual workflows and using tech tools to boost organization and focus. Harnessing Creativity: Capitalizing on out-of-the-box thinking through brainstorming and strategic delegation. Accountability and Support: Building personalized networks with check-ins, accountability partners, and mastermind groups, while fostering self-compassion. When advising emerging entrepreneurs, a 1-on-1 approach is essential. I start by clarifying your specific vision and goals through powerful questions, ensuring the coaching aligns with your goals and style. I also prioritize flexibility, so they can take advantage of new opportunities and adjust plans as necessary. This approach keeps your goals at the forefront while supporting sustainable growth.

When coaching startup entrepreneurs, it's essential to listen carefully and adapt to their evolving needs. By understanding their vision and respecting their unique approach, you can tailor your guidance to support their growth. Avoid trying to change them too much; instead, offer insights that complement their goals. Pushing too hard for changes can lead to resistance or loss of trust. Stay flexible, provide encouragement, and adjust your coaching as they develop, ensuring that your support aligns with their journey without overpowering it.

Every startup has a target segment. We should try to address the requirements of our segment. For instance every startup has common concerns, such as, how to get leads, scale up the business and how to sell your services to a high ticket client. In our discovery sessions, we should try to understand the concern of our clients by asking appropriate questions. We should have a complete team, like those who can make a marketing plan, address the requirements of funds etc..

When coaching startup entrepreneurs, the key is personalizing strategies to align with their distinct visions. Here's my approach: 1. Deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover their true "why" - beyond surface-level goals 2. Map their current skills/resources against target outcomes 3. Identify growth bottlenecks specific to their market & stage 4. Create milestone-based roadmaps that respect their pace & capacity 5. Build feedback loops to measure what's working The secret? Flexibility. Some founders need quick wins for investor confidence, others require long-term sustainability planning. Your coaching framework should adapt, not dictate.

Yes, I coach startup entrepreneurs, and I truly believe each one has immense potential to succeed. They’re high performers who just need guidance to unlock their thinking and push past fears. My approach is to empower them to create their own plans and identify their bottlenecks, so they can move forward confidently. I work with them to prioritize these bottlenecks, tackling the most critical one first. It’s about finding the weakest link and fixing it, enabling them to take steady, impactful steps toward their goals. This way, they build resilience and clarity for long-term success.

For me... 1. It starts with an IBT audit - a situation analysis to identify where they're at in the development of their idea, then their responses from the IBT (instant breakthrough) experience enables them to stop dealing with the symptoms and focus on the root cause of their lack of progress. 2. prioritise the areas that are holding them back and preventing the permanent breakthrough results they want. 3, Then they need to strategise and document a plan of action detailing the human, technical and financial resources available & the KPIs to be used to monitor progress. 4. Create a tactical plan of action, based on the available resources to focused on the priorities and use AI to help save, time, money & stress. Simples ;)
