One practical solution is to bring the team together in person to discuss what communications exists and what mode of communication channel is effective for each person. Taking a break from written communications and leaning into other forms such as audio clips and video can help reduce friction and rebuild trust to eventually transition back to written communications. Usually, I have learned that it is a signal that team building is needed. When people understand each other, there is more benefit of the doubt in "head voice" when reading others' communications...
