In my experience, i had a lot of examples about restructuration or organization changes You could try to be transparent as much as you autorize but the most important in my opinion is to be honest. You can say : "I'm sorry I don't know" or "I can't communicate" Another thing is also receive the stress from your teams and listen them even though you don't have the response
