If we see that our team’s torn over SMART goals we should and the best is to play the diplomat! My suggestion is always start by aligning on the big “why” - the purpose behind the goals. Then we have to tailor the specifics together so that every voice counts. We know that debate sparks ideas not division. Let's not forget that Unity is strength...when there is teamwork & collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved. Keep it SMART & savvy!
