There are many factors that could led to division amongst team on how to strategically handle customers. It can be due to knowledge gap or deliberate attempt to frustrate efforts. However, to avoid working in assumption, the best approach to this is to call for a meeting where every members of the team will be given opportunity to share their fears and belief about the existing strategies. On knowledge gap issue, it is essential we enrol the team on training sessions or seminars where they will be properly trained on what is needful.
