I always seek a pleasant environment in my department, as I believe that respect is essential for everyone's growth. I don't like competitiveness within my team; instead, I always encourage the sharing of knowledge and ideas. In the case of conflicts, it is important to maintain emotional intelligence: to pause, understand, and listen to the parties involved. Only then do I decide what will be done, whether it's just a conversation or even a tougher measure. But I never act impulsively.

When our service team’s clashing we have to promptly step in and realign. United we stand divided we fall is the perfect concept to remember here . Also clear up confusion by setting defined roles, encourage open talk & we should remind everyone that they’re on the same team. When the team pulls together, even the toughest tasks get easier. Best of luck -- ONE TEAM !

As a hospitality trainer I can say that it's all about being a team, firstly if you are in management position you have to be strict when those clashes happen. Secondly it's very important to be compassionate with your team and push them in the right way or clashes will keep coming your way. At the end clashes will always happen wether you are in the worst or the best team, you have to know as a manager to handle it properly and take serious actions to prevent it from happening again.
