While role and skill specific training modules are definitely helpful, I think what really needs to be looked at in a remote setup is that how to engage employees given the low attention spans. In my experience bringing in diverse learning methods has been a game changer eg simulation based learning, AI based coaching, avatar based games. This ensures that participants are engaged throughout and they also get a community based learning.

Independentemente se as necessidades são remotas ou presenciais, a melhor forma de ajudar o time a desenvolver treinamentos para as necessidades dos colaboradores, é só conversar com eles, e desenvolver um plano em conjunto, que será acompanhado e cobrado ao final do periodo.
