Lack of communication in every organization, as seen in many cases, defaming the organizational goodwill, leads to insolvency and bankruptcy. To get the goals accomplished and to keep the organization on move in the long run, communication plays as important role as a blood does in our body. The prevention of conflicts can be met if the issues are addressed in the every beginning. Likewise, there must be regular Check-ins to assess progress and any other issues. Similarly, promotion of open communication, as I think is mandatory in this regard. I would say managers must conduct Conflict Resolution Training, which must be included negotiation, compromise, and thinking win-win strategy will be the most effective technique above all.

The best way is to initially take lead and arrange small meetings in your presence. This way team will not immediately fight and you can make them understand each other’s perspective. Slowly trust will be built among them and once trust is established, communication problem will also get solved with time. This is slow process but very effective for long term.
