I consciously reach out to quieter voices and give them a chance to voice their ideas, thereby creating a space where everyone feels valued at Legend Group. I have experienced that creating diversity in conversations makes discussions richer, and solutions are more innovative and inclusive. Every voice lends depth and, sometimes, just needs to have the right platform for it.
