By sharing a link online and ensuring everyone participation and responses online and by the end of the course each one who completes as a self study gets a certificate.

One thing I would do , at the beginning of our discussion-with my outlining of key points, I would state that our time line may be limited due to other factors and to invite participants to jot down possible questions for additional discussions. Also have other available dates, resources for the next session.
