The only way to manage that level of chaos is to be organized, and have a to do list to revert back to when you have a moment to catch your breath. I write everything down and it goes with me everywhere so I can always know what is going on.

Usually, I plan my day with room for uncertainties. To be honest, no matter how calculated, sometimes those uncertainties show up. For instance, I already had my day planned out and just before my sister left for work, she handed me a financial report to assess, analyze, with reasons why expenses is higher than income. First of all, I quickly went through the documents to know how long it'd take me to complete the task. It's a really important task but not urgent. I had to finish all the important and urgent tasks first before handling it. I would have delegated that task but because of its confidentiality. I delegated some personal tasks to enable me have enough time to complete the added task.
