There are two kinds of negative feedback: genuine and with an agenda. We ignore the latter. We had the experience when we replied that our response gave the group ammunition to fire up. For the former, we communicate with the customer directly, understand what happened, and solve it at the customer's end. The best response is to have the customer share another feedback to neutralize the former negative remarks.

Develop Solutions- Create a roadmap to address high-priority CTQ factors. 4. Engage Customers- Involve customers for concept understanding and testing of solutions. 5. Monitor- Roll out solutions and Performance Tracking. 6. Rebuild Brand- Highlight changes made to customer and demonstrate value enhancement. 7. Establish a Feedback Loop for Continuous Improvement.
