For some of us, stakeholders are not just customers but also vendors we buy/source our goods from and the employees that help us achieve our goals. In any reality, the information needed to be dissipated to each category of stakeholders would be different and follow a different timing schedule. It's important to know who needs to know what, why and when.... And to also ensure everyone involved in the service delivery chain, understands the overall brand goal and how their section contributes to that big picture. If anything changes, providing clear and concise Information also works at every stage to keep people well informed and able to make changes where required.
