I've been in this situation on far too many occasions to learn this that multiple conversations across whatsapp groups and email trails is a waste of time, effort and energy. The simplest solution is to get all concerned parties over a common call, hear out everyone's perspectives, and drive home a solution that's agreeable to all. Every task/assignment/deliverable has certain aims and objectives that are priorities (ex, for a brand announcement/partnership - the brand's logo size, placement, duration when it appears on screen is crucial, among other factors) It's important to take up elements (there are always several) on priority basis & resolve them as we go along the conversation.
