Imagine this when your vendor sends the material he uploads his challans Delivery notes and invoices in your system against the PO provided by you. The system reads those pdf and makes automatic entry in its SAP System. When the material is received GRN is booked Quality check is done. and as soon as quality check is done the bot records the invoice.
