I would say that definitely using VR in safety training is excellent although, and like every other thing, it has its own pros and cons. But in my opinion using VR should be hand in hand with the normal training. Safety is the most important part of a job site and it has to be exercised properly. Moreover, I do believe that AI would be a great add on to the VR that helps in analyzing data and preventing accidents.
