Además de un espacio de trabajo dedicado, descansos y horarios claros, mi truco para activarme trabajando de forma remota es prepararme y salir como si no trabajase en remoto. Y salgo a pasear con atención plena al aquí y ahora (meditación dinámica) durante 20 minutos. El resultado es que al volver a casa/lugar de trabajo estás muy consciente, motivado y con toda la energía para abordar la jornada. Sin embargo, si te levantas y con el pijama te sientas delante del ordenador la cosa cambia, ¿verdad? ¡Feliz ahora! Ramón

Working remotely has its perks, but staying focused can be a real challenge with so many distractions around. For me, it starts with setting the tone for the day. I’ve made it a habit to dress like I’m heading to the office—it’s a small mental shift, but it helps me take the day seriously. I’ve also realized how important it is to create boundaries at home. My workspace is strictly for work; no lounging, no scrolling social media there. It’s amazing how much that physical separation helps me stay in “work mode.” One thing that’s been a game-changer is taking intentional breaks. When I feel my focus slipping, I’ll step outside for five minutes or stretch. It refreshes my energy and keeps me from burning out.

Quite a common problem that most of us face or have faced sometime in career things that has helped me; - Small home office setup just a table, chair with power supply close by - Always set hours of avaibility and work and write it down so you know and see it before you tell it to others. Your personal discipline is required more then others to follow it - Always be present in current moment - Focus on one task at a time - Take break in a cyclic way then to wait till you are tiered

No es negociable establecer "bloques de tiempo", para mantener la concentración y la consistencia, no mayores a 2 horas, evitando contacto con redes y medios de distracción actuales; después pauso, respiro y muevo mi cuerpo. Me gusta contar con un calendario por colores, donde incluyo espacios para deporte, meditación, horas de trabajo, tiempo en redes y temas personales. El espacio en casa me parece que ha facilitado mis tareas porque evito tiempo en desplazamientos, aunque me gusta mucho el contacto con las personas, entonces procuro no estar 100% en trabajo virtual. To help me stay productive while working remotely I start the day with a 5-minute guided meditation and take time to set up my intention for the day ahead. I also practice the Pomodoro technique when working on a project. Focusing directly on the task for 25 minutes and then taking a breath break for 5 minutes helps me stay focused and move forward. It can feel ok to relax a bit when working from home, however, keeping a schedule as if I were working in a corporate setting helps me reduce unnecessary stress.

Diseña un espacio de trabajo sencillo, ordenado y funcional. Mantente alejado de la multitarea. Márcate un horario y ajústate a él. Elimina distracciones: al trabajar en casa es fácil dejarse llevar por llamadas al timbre de la puerta, al móvil personal, o por tareas caseras... Haz pequeñas pausas y toma algunas respiraciones largas y conscientes; recoloca tu postura corporal (postura relajada, pero atenta). Tras una tarea intensa a nivel emocional o mental, date un pequeño paseo, estírate, bebe algo de agua... así no arrastrarás ese estado a la siguiente tarea y recuperarás frescura y atención. Antes de una llamada o de un correo difícil date cuenta de tu estado físico, mental y emocional, y haz los ajustes que necesites.
