If you ask me, a time audit is a great way to not only track your activities but also to really understand where your time is going. Here’s how you can get started: Track Your Activities: Use a time-tracking app like Toggl or Clockify for a week to log everything you do. This includes work tasks, breaks, and even personal activities - everything counts! Set Goals & Make Adjustments: Once your audit is complete, take a look at which activities take up the most time and see if they match your goals. For example, consider reducing social media usage or designating specific meeting days. Implement & Monitor Changes: Now it’s time to put those changes into action! Don’t forget to review your progress every so often and tweak things as needed.
