The most important point is to pick the right people with the correct skills set. In this case i feel we need the following skills set people. 1. Graphics Designer 2. AI technical developer 3. User experience person who can play the customer role for product development. Who can constructively give feedback on customer experience. 4. List down the prompt which can be automated for AI implementation. The above points followed by collaboration of teams with Stakeholders management could get fruitful results.
