Many times we are guided by the code of conduct on how we should conduct ourselves at the workspace, however, practising involves all the parties agreeing to and upholding the same. I have seen many disputes being solved in very open dialogues in a way that is so friendly and no one gets offended at the end of it.

With an awareness and realisation among the staff that not all Conflict are bad.. what is a bad Conflict.. Once confident that awareness is there... providing training on Conflict resolution & management would be helpful. Making tolarance and table talks a part of culture and letting people know what's appreciated (and what's not) is the key.
