Participant in what? Stranded where? Open-ended questions need elaboration, clarifications, etc. That is how we communicate, ideate, then innovate upon, and finally come up with solutions. I’m assuming we’re in a live virtual training session. These suggestions were lifesavers for me: Send the participant a training material link via your chosen platform (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, WebEx, Workplace by Meta) through IM or text message. Connect to participants’ devices using the training facilitator’s remote login software, then drag and drop the training materials onto their desktops. Send them a secure website link via IM or text message to download the training materials. Re-schedule their training session.
