If any of your work doesn't exist on your tool of choice (more below), it doesn't exist. Invisible work doesn't get prioritised, tracked or recognised. Once it's there, prioritise the whole set as a single backlog. Then follow it. It's not always easy to do, but it is simple. Tool: If you really want to turn the dial up on your task management and reporting, switch to Azure DevOps. Sure, you can use it just as a Jira-equivalent (just a lot more streamlined and cohesive). But spend an hour or so tweaking a few settings, and you can get to a whole other level of transparency.
