Si los socios externos cuestionan los indicadores de nuestro programa de sustentabilidad es claro que los elegimos o diseñamos sin su participación y evidentemente lo que las métricas ponen en evidencia no coincide con la percepción que ellos tienen vinculada con el tema. Ha sido una mala decisión elegir métricas sin consensuar con los involucrados que podemos intentar superar demostrando, a través de capacitación, que son las apropiadas -y covenientes- para medir el progreso y para contar con un escenario claro que nos permita tomar decisiones de mejora conjuntas. Si no logramos convencerlos será oportuno cambiar de métricas por unas consensuadas con todos los actores, aprender del error y transformarlo en una experiencia positiva.

We should also engage partners in dialogue to align on goals and foster accountability.
