One thing I find most helpful is noting events down and scheduling events such as, meetings accordingly and schedule focus times around each day to ensure that I put in the work expected of me.

Voir tous les projets comme un tout. Il faut établir un calendrier pour suivre les réalisations et attribuer un temps donné à chaque projet mais surtout à chaque tâche que soit journalier, hebdomadaire voire mensuel pour les projets à long terme. Garder un oeil sur le planning pour pouvoir respecter chaque délai et remanier le tout pour tout respecter. Un outil de gestion de tâches peut facilement drastiquement le suivi. 📈

From my experience, I also find it helpful to: 1. Break down larger tasks into smaller, manageable chunks. This makes it easier to track progress and stay motivated. 2. Use time-blocking techniques to dedicate specific periods for focused work on each project, minimizing distractions. 3. Communicate proactively with clients about any potential delays or changes in the timeline to maintain transparency and trust.

- clear my mind by writing down every task/job. - decide on a) what small jobs need to be done today (urgent emails for example) and b) what task is the biggest priority. - see if any tasks can be delegated. - close down all distractions (including emails and appearing offline on teams if needs be!) to focus on the priority job. - spend 15-30 minutes at the end of the day to re-review emails, teams and task list.

Effective time management is one thing I always count on. Managing priorities is a breeze if you know how to master this. Plus, tech tools can be a great support, but at the end of it all, it’s you that has to communicate and set expectations and standards. This is entirely my personal opinion and spoken from experience managing multiple project deliverables each day.

We can use notion to manage the projects and execute without any delays. Another tool is google calendar, which helps us to schedule the tasks and we can ease the project delivery at right time. These tools help us to manage time and quicker delivery.
