Five-Story, 421-Unit Residential Complex Approved at 105 Corporate Park Drive, Harrison

The Harrison, N.Y., Town Board has approved plans to build two five-story residential buildings, with a total of 421 residential units, at 105 Corporate Park Drive. Harrison is in southern Westchester County. The residential units will be rental apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, of which 10 percent (42 units) will be designated as affordable. The complex will be accommodated by 752 parking spaces and a 5,400-square-foot restaurant. The 10.35-acre property is currently occupied by two three-story, 87,700-square-foot office buildings built during the 1970s. Both will be demolished, although the residential complex will take on a similar footprint. Normandy Real Estate Partners and Toll Brothers are the developers. Sullivan Architecture is behind the design. Construction is expected to start during the first half of 2017.

The Hampshire Companies’ four-story, 104-unit residential complex at 221 Bergen Street, in Harrison, New Jersey — located a few blocks away from the PATH station — is now open for occupancy, according to Real Estate Weekly. CrownPoint Group is also a partner in the project, and the residential units will all be rentals. Ground broke on the project only a year ago. The building’s amenities include a lounge, fitness room, garage and storage areas, and a rooftop terrace.

Normandy Real Estate Partners and Toll Brothers are planning to build a six-story, 421-unit residential complex at 103-105 Corporate Park Drive, in Westchester County’s Harrison. The site is located in “the teardrop” — the swath of land flanked by I-684, the Hutch, the CWE and an interchange, which mostly consists of office parks. Activists are currently rallying for the inclusion of affordable units, reports Westfair Communications.

Advance Realty is planning to develop a five-story, 150-key AC Hotel (by Marriott) at the southeast corner of Frank E. Rodgers Boulevard South and Guyon Drive, near the PATH station in Harrison, New Jersey. The lot comes vacant, and the building will span 85,000 square feet, including 4,300 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, according to NJ Biz. A completion date has not yet been disclosed.
