Princess Beatrice wants to switch to vegan diet, reports show

Princess Beatrice plans to move towards a plant-based diet, according to reports.

The royal was reportedly recently spotted having dinner at vegan restaurant 123V on Bond Street in central London.

A source from the restaurant reportedly said Princess Beatrice particularly enjoys vegan sushi,

“Trying to switch to a plant-based diet”

The anonymous source reportedly said: “She was telling staff that she wanted to eat the vegan sushi on offer because she was trying to switch to a plant-based diet.

“The princess says the hardest thing to give up is sushi, so she was thrilled that the vegan offer was almost as good as the real thing.”

Three-course birthday meal

The latest update follows reports from 2019 that the Princess was looking to move towards a plant-based diet.

Beatrice reportedly hired catering company The Admirable Crichton to provide a three-course vegan meal for her 31st birthday party.

She isn’t the only royal thought to be trying to get plant-based, with her cousin Prince Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, having previously said she ate an animal-free diet during the week.
