Spices has opened – and reopened – several times in recent months. But with the country now mostly at Alert Level 1, it looks like The Peninsula Manila will keep its doors open.

Spices even has a revitalized alfresco area that wasn’t used much before the pandemic, as customers preferred air-conditioned interiors. But now, with dining in large spaces being the norm, it’s a welcome option.
