JINYA Ramen Bar Just Launched New Vegan Dishes

Popular Japanese chain JINYA Ramen Bar has just launched new vegan dishes, in addition to their already delicious and plentiful line of plant-based bites. Some of these new plates are part of a special limited-time chef’s menu, while others join the permanent menu.

New vegan options at JINYA Ramen Bar

There are four new vegan options at JINYA Ramen Bar. The first is vegan crispy rice with guacamole. The appetizer, which is part of JINYA’s chef’s special menu, includes guacamole with red onions and tomatoes over crispy rice. Next is the Tsunami White Pearl, a bowl of ramen made with vegan vegetable broth, impossible meat, thick noodles, green onions, red onions, spinach, broccoli, leaf lettuce, crispy garlic and garlic oil. Another new ramen dish to spruce up the menu is Gluten Free Ramen, which lets you create the bowl of your dreams, with gluten free noodles. To make it vegan, choose any Vegan Broth, Impossible Tofu or Meat, and any vegetable toppings you want! The last is the sautéed Broccolini which is served with crispy white quinoa. Tsunami White Pearl, Gluten Free Ramen and Sautéed Broccolini are all part of JINYA’s permanent menu.

“We are delighted to continue to expand our selection of unique and fresh Japanese dishes,” said Tomonori Takahashi, Founder and CEO of JINYA Ramen Bar. “These items add more variety, healthy accommodations, and the opportunity for our customers to explore the acclaimed flavors that make Japanese cuisine so special. Our fans already love our Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen, so we can’t wait to see how they respond to even more vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free offerings.
