American socialite Kim Kardashian has pulled off a new stunt to draw media attention to the Kardashian private jet controversy. She was recently in the spotlight after breaking up with comedian Pete Davidson who she dated for less than a year. She recently opened up about her skin condition and endorsed plant-based foods to make fans forget to flaunt her private jet while her sister Kylie Jenner reportedly traveled a short distance from her private jet.

The 41-year-old socialite has been open about her psoriasis, a condition that causes scaly patches to appear on your skin, particularly around your scalp, elbows and knees. This skin disease is incurable, but with the help of proper medication, it can be managed. Apart from her, Kris Jenner suffers from this disease in the Kardashian-Jenner family.

The SKIMS founder, 41, on her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s lifestyle blog Poo shared how her skin condition, psoriasis, was managed through her vegan diet. When the socialite was asked who gave her the idea to endorse plant-based foods, she shared, “I don’t remember exactly how I got into plants, but I do know that I watched documentaries during quarantine that made me want to try again.”
She also shared her battle with the skin condition explaining how the plant-based diet has helped her, especially the vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free tacos that “I eat it at least once a week” to add, “I just do my best to stay as vegan as possible, unless it’s a treat day.
She also added that the “sea foam smoothies” the mother of four often drinks “are great because they are very anti-inflammatory. I try to eat as many anti-inflammatory and antioxidant foods as possible.

Adding to her statement, she shared that the plant-based diet affects her in other ways as well. “It made me more aware of how what I put in my body affects me, not just psoriasis but also my mood, my stress levels, my energy, everything.”
