Demi Lovato has announced that they are non-binary and uses they/them pronouns in a YouTube video launching their new weekly podcast series 4D With Demi Lovato.

"Over the past year and a half I've been doing some healing and self-reflective work and through this work I've had the revelation that I identify as non-binary," the "Sorry Not Sorry" singer said in a YouTube video. "With that said, I'll officially be changing my pronouns to they/them.

"I feel that this best represents the fluidity I feel in my gender expression and allows me to feel most authentic and true to the person I both know I am and still am discovering."

In the podcast episode, Lovato spoke about what being non-binary means to them, and interviewed Alok Vaid-Menon, author of Beyond The Gender Binary, who Lovato described as "an important voice within the non-binary community and beyond."

You can listen to 4D With Demi Lovato on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts.
