Here's how to find your privacy settings and other related information in our products. 

Note: To manage settings for some of these products you might need to sign in to your Microsoft account. If you are having trouble signing in, you can get help with your Microsoft account.

Popular products

To manage privacy settings on your Windows 11 device, go to Start  > Settings Settings icon > Privacy & security, or on your Windows 10 device, go to Start  > Settings Settings icon > Privacy.

Select Settings and more  <null> > Settings Settings icon > Privacy, search, and services. To learn more about other ways to protect your privacy in Microsoft Edge, visit the Privacy in Microsoft Edge support page.

Manage your privacy settings in any Microsoft 365 app by going to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Privacy Options. To learn more, check out our step-by-step guide.

For Teams privacy settings on both your browser and app, go to Settings and more <null> > Settings Settings icon > Privacy. You can also export your personal Teams data.

Select your profile picture and then select Settings Settings icon > Privacy. Find answers to your Skype privacy questions. You can also export and delete your personal Skype data.

Select your profile icon (Me) at the top of your LinkedIn homepage in your browser and then select Settings & Privacy. Sign in to Bing.com to turn off Search Suggestions and adjust other Bing privacy settings.You can also submit a concern to Bing.

To manage your privacy on Outlook.com, go to Settings  Settings icon > View all Outlook settings > General > Privacy and data. You can also import and export your Outlook email, contacts, and calendar.
