Outlook 2024 for Windows helps you manage your inbox better with the addition of new features including improved search capabilities, improvements to make emails more accessible, more meeting options and the ability to respond to emails with reactions.

If you're upgrading to Outlook 2024 from Outlook 2021, you'll still have all the features you're used to—and you'll notice a few new ones as well!

Important: All features listed here, unless otherwise noted, are included in both Outlook 2024 and Outlook LTSC 2024 for commercial customers.

Improved search for email, calendars, and contacts

New improvements have been added to search in Outlook 2024 to boost messages, attachments, contacts, and calendar entries so when you type your search it surfaces the most relevant suggestions.

Find all of the tools you need to create accessible content in one place using the Accessibility Ribbon in ​​​​​​​Outlook 2024. The Ribbon bring together fixes for the most frequent accessibility issues into a single location, along with explanations of each issue.

More options for meeting creation

Outlook 2024 gives users more options while creating or managing meetings helping you carve out breaks between calls by automatically shortening meetings depending on their length.

Reply to an email with a reaction

Now in Outlook LTSC 2024, you can send a quick reaction, such as a thumbs up, to an email instead of typing out a reply.
