Free Multiplication Games

Race to the Moon

Race to the Moon is a Third Grade Multiplication Math game that develops rapid recall of Math facts.

The aim of the game is to be the first player to complete an unbroken path of counters from the Earth to the Moon.

It is a simple game to play, and only requires different colored counters.

Race to the Moon - Multiplication to 5x5

Grade: Grade: 2nd Grade and up
Number of players: 2
Learning: Multiplication facts to 5x5.

Race to the Moon - Multiplication to 10x10

Grade: Grade: 3rd Grade and up
Number of players: 2
Learning: multiplication facts to 10x10.

Multiply It! Game

The Multiply It! games involve working out set multiplication fact questions.

The easier sheet contains just the 2,3,4,5 and 10 times tables.

The harder sheet contains the 6,7,8 and 9 times tables.

The aim of the game is to complete a line of 4 unbroken counters.

You will need about 20 counters of 2 different colors to play the game.

Multiply It! Harder version - 6,7,8 and 9 times tables

The Multiples Game

The Multiples Game is a game which helps children to recognise when a number is a multiple of another number. It also helps to reinforce their tables knowledge.

The aim of the game is to score as many points as possible by making rows of three counters.

You will need one or two dice and counters to play this game.

The Multiples Game 1-6

Grade: 2nd Grade and upwards
Number of players: 2
Learning: multiplication tables up to the 6 times table, multiples of numbers to 6, strategy.

The Multiples Game 2-12

Grade: 3rd Grade and upwards
Number of players: 2
Learning: multiplication tables up to the 12 times table, multiples of numbers to 12, strategy.

Tables Cover Up

Tables Cover Up is a multiplication game which involves using multiplication facts and strategy to outwit your opponent.

The aim of the game is to get four counters in a row.

To play this game, you will need some counters.

Tables Cover Up to 5x5

Grade: 2nd Grade and up
Number of players: 2-3.
Learning skills: multiplication to 5x5, strategic thinking.

Tables Cover Up to 10x10

Grade: 3rd Grade and up
Number of players: 2-3.
Learning skills: multiplication to 10x10, strategic thinking.

Salamander Big Multiplication Game

The Salamander Big Multiplication Game is a strategic game designed to practice multiplying by multiples of 10.

The aim of the game is to get 4 counters in a row.

Number of players: 2
Learning: multiplying by multiples of 10.
