𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗞𝗛 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆? I’m a technical specialist who provides support to our clients and customers, primarily for IPROTECT AC. I’m really enjoying my time here so far. During the initial months, it has been exciting to gain familiarity with the team and understand how we collaborate to address diverse issues. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗞𝗛 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆’𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺-𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺? One of the challenges I have is learning and getting to know all the different systems and how they work together, as well as all the knowledge about these systems and their wide features and possibilities. However, the team-oriented culture makes it easier to overcome these difficulties. I can share ideas, ask colleagues with advanced knowledge for advice, and eventually learn from the different issues that occur. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗞𝗛 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆’𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀? One of the most exciting parts is getting a feeling of satisfaction after you successfully help a customer solve their problem. Another exciting part is learning about the newest features and seeing how this can eventually contribute to helping me deliver the best support to our clients and customers. For example, in a recent IPROTECT development meeting for the new release, we were able to learn about new reader features that will open a whole range of possibilities. 𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗞𝗛 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵? It's important to keep learning in this field. I ensure this by taking classes, learning independently, and leveraging the freedom to explore provided by TKH Security. For example, if I want to test a specific use case, I have the flexibility to set up an environment that mirrors a customer's location. When planning three new parking garages with over 2,700 spaces, the university sought technology to enhance the parking experience for students, faculty, staff, and guests. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱: ▸Improving traditional signage to better manage and streamline campus parking.  ▸Addressing inefficient use of parking capacity.  ▸Simplifying the process for users to navigate and utilize the multi-level color-coded parking system...and more!
