On the final day of 2024, we reflect on another remarkable year. Filled with both challenges and triumphs, it was also a year with numerous unforgettable events. Here’s a glimpse of some of the key moments that defined it; - TEFAF Maastricht Every year we move a part of our Dutch (and German) fleet to Maastricht for the TEFAF (The European Fine Art Fair), one of the most prestigious art fairs in the world, attracting art dealers and enthusiasts from across the globe. 🖼️ It provides the perfect setting for Taylor Travel Management Group to showcase its services. - Taylor Travel Management GmbH In January we founded our own #GmbH As we offer our services on a European level, expanding our own operations into Germany was the logical first step. The European Soccer Cup was held in Germany this year, this provided an incredible boost for our new adventure abroad 🇩🇪 - Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix For the fourth consecutive year, the Formula 1 returned to Circuit Zandvoort, and once again, we were there with dozens of vehicles and our own branded helicopter. 🚁 - Paris 2024 Olympics 🏋🏼 July 25 until August 11 the #Olympic Games were held in Paris, with our local and trusted partner we provided several services during these months. Airport arrivals, standby vehicles and security, all for athletes, spectators and other VIP’s attending the event. - Taylor Dubai The high season in #Dubai typically begins around September, so we decided to meet Francisco Marti at our Middle East office before the rush starts. During our visit, we also acquired some new vehicles to ensure he could kick off the season on the right foot. 🚀 Other remarkable highlights include - Paris Fashion Week - Le Carage Amsterdam - 24h Le Mans - Porsche Cup Benelux - Monaco Yacht Show - Masters Expo Thank you to our incredible clients, dedicated partners, and hardworking team. Last weekend, we had the privilege of attending the prestigious MASTERS HQ., one of the Netherlands' premier luxury fairs, featuring brands like Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz AG, Gassan Diamonds and an array of exclusive travel agencies. Taylor Travel Management Group has had a modest involvement with this fair for a number of years now, through a sponsorship deal with the "Young Entrepreneurs Borrel," an event hosted on Friday evening at the Captains Club in the RAI Amsterdam. As part of this partnership, we were given several VIP tickets to the Gala evening. In stead of using them all for ourselves, we hosted an exclusive giveaway on Social Media, so that some of our followers could also enjoy an unforgettable evening at the fair, surrounded by elegance and exclusivity! To make the experience even more memorable, the winners were treated to a comfortable chauffeured ride in a stretched #mercedes S-Class, so they could arrive in style. As the year comes to a close, we reflect on this incredible adventure! During the Porsche Carrera Cup Benelux we were honored to partner with Paul Meijer and Hans Weijs Motorsport. They came incredibly close, finishing second in the 2024 championship, a fantastic achievement! We are honored to have been part of this unforgettable experience. Our famous Mercedes S-Class from Ghana has found its final resting place at leCarage Amsterdam, a premium storage facility for luxury and classic cars. The car was stolen in 2016 but resurfaced in mid-2018 in Ghana, Africa! Chris Beemer contacted John Van Den Heuvel, and together they traveled to Ghana to retrieve the car and return it to its rightful owner. After one week in Ghana and two years of litigation, we finally got the car back. We drove it for a few years here in the Netherlands, appeared on national television and radio stations, and showcased it at multiple car shows.
