This was a great meeting in Brussels! During the European Rural Pact Policy meeting various member states shared their rural policies and visions. We are just at the beginning of a reformation of the rural policies all over Europe. All participants agreed rural development is more than just agri-culture, it requires a holistic approach. We couldn't agree more! Now there's work to do on EU and national level, for the integration and full acknowledgement of CCI's as drivers of rural regeneration where needed. #ruraldevelopment #culture #creativity #socialinnovation #policy #EU

We're pleased to announce our collaboration with NOI Tech Park, a growing innovation district committed to becoming a recognised center for cultural and social innovation by integrating art, science and technology. This initiative aligns with a broader European movement to infuse districts like this with cultural value, fostering local engagement and supporting regional growth. In partnership with local stakeholders, we’ll conduct research to explore the potential for space utilisation within NOI’s premises, aiming to expand its role as a vibrant cultural district that serves Bolzano and the South Tyrol region. With limited opportunities for cultural and creative professionals, and an ongoing challenge of brain drain in the area, this project seeks to position NOI as a force for cultural regeneration and community engagement. How can NOI become a key player in revitalizing the cultural landscape? What are the needs and visions of the stakeholders? We can't wait for the results! Local Action Groups (LAGs) in rural Tuscany play an important role in supporting Italy's National Strategy for Inner Areas (SNAI). They provide capacity building to public authorities and engage local stakeholders. Through an integrated governance model, LAGs cooperate with municipalities and ensure synergies between their local development strategies and the SNAI. The model has maximised funding opportunities and led to improvements in transport, healthcare, and education. The Music Policy Resilience Network is a landmark transnational collaboration with the aim of implementing music policies in remote, rural and isolated communities.
