The plant uses advanced low-carbon technologies, including ILCA® and CeraMac® systems, to treat 89 million liters of water daily, ensuring high-quality standards, environmental sustainability, and energy efficiency.   ✅Nijhuis Saur Industries: For NSI, 2024 was all about celebrating our 120 anniversary, a remarkable milestone in our history. 🌊𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 2024: 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 #MissionWater 🌊 Story 3 - highlighting the progress we have achieved together with our valued clients, business partners, and the 2,200 water champions at Nijhuis Saur Industries. ✅ NSI Americas (Aqua-Chem, Natural Systems Utilities): Aqua-Chem was selected to supply the clean water equipment for a large multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer for the 13 time in 10 years, while NSU celebrated their 40th anniversary earlier in august this year ✅NSI Mobile Water Solutions : designed the SWRO 50C. The SWRO 50C is a modular, mobile reverse osmosis system that tackles water scarcity by efficiently producing high-quality water from brackish and seawater, supporting industrial sustainability and resilience with energy-efficient performance and rapid deployment. ✅NSI MEA: ‘s biggest innovation was the Watani WWTP, designed for Watani Poultry in Saudi Arabia. It processes 2,500 m³/day of wastewater, enabling the reuse of 1,450 m³/day through advanced treatment technologies. This project supports water conservation, reduces environmental impact, and exemplifies sustainable water management in Saudi Arabia's arid climate. 🌊Reflecting on an incredible 2024: Together united in #MissionWater 🌊 Story 2 - showcasing the progress we’ve achieved alongside our valued clients, business partners, and the 2200 water champions at Nijhuis Saur Industries ✅ PWNT: In 2024, PWNT achieved a major milestone with 10+ full-scale drinking water treatment plants worldwide, delivering over 800 MLD using advanced ceramic-membrane technologies. The year also marked PWNT’s 15th Anniversary, celebrating sustainable water treatment innovations since 2009. ✅ Flootech: October 2024 saw the inauguration of Metsä Group's bioproduct mill in Kemi, the largest investment in Finland’s forest industry. Operating fossil fuel-free, the mill excels in energy, material, and environmental efficiency, with Flootech providing water intake, treatment, demineralized water, and condensate polishing systems. ✅ CirTec B.V.: CirTec won the 2024 Lighthouse Award at the BlueTech Forum for developing the first large-scale cellulose recovery plant. Partnering with Severn Trent, the project extracts and reuses cellulose from sewage, driving sustainability and resource recovery in water treatment.
